What can I personalise?
Depending on the design, you can provide a bird photo, name, hatch date, species, colour or mutation, sex, breeder or aviary details, parent details, ring or bracelet ID and an optional message.
Do all details appear on every design?
No. Each certificate has its own layout. The Original Heritage design keeps its original composition and will not have extra information forced over the artwork.
How long does personalisation take?
Personalised digital orders may take up to 3 business days after all required details are received. Printed keepsakes may take up to 5 business days before dispatch.
Do you use real customer information in examples?
No. Public examples use generic placeholders or de-identified information.
Can I order for more than one bird?
Yes. Bundle choices are available for 2, 3 and 5 birds.
