How to order
- Choose a certificate design. Select from the available design families and colour options.
- Choose your format. Personalised digital is available now. Printed options will be enabled as fulfilment is finalised.
- Choose your bundle. Select one certificate or a 2-, 3- or 5-bird bundle.
- Complete checkout.
- Send your bird photo and details. For now, email them to onlyfeathers@outlook.com.au with your order number while the secure upload form is being completed.
- Review carefully. Check spelling and dates before sending.
Photo guidance
Clear, well-lit photographs generally produce the best keepsake. Avoid screenshots containing personal information or unrelated people in the background.
Processing
Personalised digital keepsakes may take up to 3 business days after all required information is received. Printed keepsakes may take up to 5 business days before dispatch.
