Privacy at Only Feathers
Personalised keepsakes may require customer contact details, bird information and an uploaded photograph. Only Feathers uses information supplied for the purposes of processing enquiries, creating personalised products and fulfilling orders.
Public certificate examples use generic placeholders, blurred details or otherwise de-identified content. We do not intentionally publish customer names, addresses, personal photographs, voices, ring IDs or other identifying information without permission.
Marketing consent is separate from order fulfilment. Providing information needed to complete an order does not by itself mean you consent to public use of that information.
